Compliance under Companies Act 2013

MGT-7 contains the basic information related to company, its shareholders, directors etc. as on the last day of the financial year i.e 31st March. The amended section 92(3) and the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2020 mandates on and from the 28th of August 2020, all the Companies having a website shall place a copy of the Annual Return (MGT-7) on its website along with a web link of the Annual Return (MGT-7) in the Board’s Report to access the Annual Return.
